My Athens is changing

My Athens has changed it's appearance to make it easier to use and understand. The new look Athens homepage has:
- An updated design to make finding resources as easy as possible
- Is fully mobile friendly so MyAthens can be taken on the go
- More search options to help get to the right content as quickly as possible
