For the second year in a row, Principal lecturer in Agriculture and Environment, John Reade is using the popular location finding app What.Three.Words to help new students navigate their way around campus to find their classes.
For the second year running I am using #whatthreewords to help new students find their way around @HarperAdamsUni campus. Knowing where you class is taking place takes away a bit of stress of Week 1. #Freshers #StartingUni

“I first used this method last year, to try and reduce the concerns new students have when joining Harper Adams. Having been involved in inductions on a variety of courses for at least 15 years now."
“I am aware that starting University is both a very exciting time but also a time when large amounts of information is provided, which can cause confusion and worry. I hope it gives them one less thing to be concerned about as they start on their university journey,” says Dr. John Reade.
Though not widely used to negotiate the university, What Three Words has also been used by the Hands-Free Hectare team, whose Three Words are more than appropriately drones.worms.hours.
