BSc (Hons) Agri-business graduate Sarah Dean has spoken to The North East Post about converting parts of her family’s farm into an exclusive and award-winning holiday let business.
Pasture House and the converted the stables has been awarded a five-star rating and a Gold Award by National Tourism Agency VisitEngland.
The Dean family spent four years rebuilding Pasture House Holiday Cottages before 25-year-old Sarah went back home to work on the farm and project manage the renovations.
