University Mental Health Day at Harper Adams.

    3 March 2022

Today is University Mental Health Day.

Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is important, and we're here to support you every step of the way no matter what time of the year, day or night.

There are a number of events happening today across campus to help you relax, de-stress and  to showcase the help Harper Adams can provide, if you or someone you know is struggling.

Pop along to the Bamford Library for an event offering you the chance to find some different methods of relaxing.

If that isn’t for you why not enjoy some time in the library’s Wellness Corner, and have a flick through some mental health related reading material - or have a go at some mindful colouring?

Or you can watch an exclusive online event working with Nicolas Hamilton thanks to the Students Union.

Born with cerebral palsy and told he may never walk, the brother of the 7-time world champion Formula One driver Lewis, is the world’s first disabled driver to compete in the British Touring Car Championship and is sharing his story as part of series of nationwide events.
