    The science of Wagyu - Harper Adams lecturer lends expertise to BBC programme

    Wagyu beef is big business – but one BBC radio programme has set out to examine if all the claims around it stand up to scrutiny.

    As part of their investigation, BBC Radio 4’s Sliced Bread approached Harper Adams Senior Lecturer – and meat scientist – Martin Anderson for his expert opinion on all things Waygu.
