    Egg-cellent HRP to understand consumer behaviour

    The views of egg buyers are being sought for a final year Food student’s research.

    As part of her Honours Research Project, Nafisa Jibrilu is conducting a comparative study to and find out more about shoppers’ preferences of eggshell colour and how it influences their purchases.

    Nafisa said: “The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of consumer behaviour and to hear from a diverse range of perspectives from around the world.

    “Your input is invaluable to me, and by participating, you will have the opportunity to share your opinions and contribute to the global discussion on this important topic.”

    Nafisa’s interest in eggs developed during her Net Zero industry placement with Morrison’s leading egg producer, Chippendale Foods. This vital industry experience later helped secure her graduate role with Morrisons, which you can read more about here.
