The annual Harper Adams Scholarship Fair has drawn hundreds of students – offering each a chance to talk face to face with employers offering placements with scholarships.
The event, which was held yesterday, draws students from across the range of undergraduate degrees which Harper Adams offers – and offers a diverse range of opportunities, according to Harper Adams Director of Development and Alumni Relations Doris Taylor.
She said: “The day was a great success – we welcomed more than 350 students during its two and a half hours. It was wonderful to see some familiar faces once again – with alumni well represented among the employers attending.
“It was also excellent to see such a diversity of employers joining us for the day – with representation from major multinational companies to family enterprises taking part.”
With the Harper Adams Scholarship programme marking its 18th year, the day proved another invaluable chance for students to talk face-to-face with potential employers about some of the many Scholarships the Harper Adams Development Trust and its industry partners offer together.
