"I’ve always been interested in food — I grew up baking and cooking with my mum, and it’s been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. But for a long time, I didn’t realise you could turn that passion into a career outside of being a chef or working in catering."
Charlotte found her dream job after having her eyes opened to the amazing career opportunities in the food innovation sector and choosing to study food at Harper Adams. She has been featured as part of our "We Are Here" campaign.
