Hannah Jones, 22, from Denbighshire, Wales, has received the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Prize.
The prize is awarded to the top undergraduate Rural Property Management student
Course manager, Susan Ragbourne said: “While on placement an interest developed during when she worked for Carter Jones managing residential properties on the Penrhyn Estate in North Wales and for her dissertation she explored the different ways in which residential landlords dealt with tenants who were in rental arrears.”
Hannah leaves Harper Adams University to take up a graduate position as a trainee Chartered Surveyor with Roger Parry in Oswestry.
