    11 May 2018

Erinn Ramsay, BSc (Hons) Agri-food Marketing with Business Studies student, has been awarded a BPC Scholarship, in association with Avara Foods.

The 20- year-old student from Ballymoney, County Antrim, said: “The scholarship will allow me to continue my studies away from home through supporting accommodation costs. It'll also help me gain experience and knowledge in an area that I’m interested in.

“I’ll be undertaking a year’s placement with Avara where I’ll be given six months’ experience in the broiler unit and six months in the hatchery unit.”

After graduating from Harper Adams, Erinn’s aspiration is to continue working within the poultry industry.

Erinn is also a continuing Alltech scholar.
