Zoe, 23, from Hereford, Herefordshire said: “Being awarded the scholarship is an amazing feeling and I’m delighted to have won the award and am extremely grateful for the generosity of the Jerman family.
“The scholarship is extremely competitive and it’s a tremendous honour to receive this prestigious award. I hope to continue their determination to help the rural economy in my future career.
“I’ll be able to fully focus on my studies; especially while doing my dissertation which is based on the sale of Herefordshire’s County Farm’s.
“I’d also like to put my scholarship towards further education to complete the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) online course, which will help enhance my practical knowledge.
“After graduation, I hope to pursue a career within the rural sector, either as a rural chartered surveyor or within the legal sector.”
