What will I study?

Operational Management: Quality management and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach.
Finance: An introduction to understanding financial statements and data, and how to use financial information to improve efficiency and profitability.
Leadership & Managing People: Looking at relationships, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement; and how to develop your own style of value-based leadership.
Building Relationships and Communication: An introduction to the key factors in building performance in others; how to use performance drivers and the power of groups to develop ability and create opportunities for individuals and the team to perform.
Applying what we know to where we work: Individual work on your own organisation to create a case study, recommendations and an action plan.
