Afternoon: Floor malting and peating. Sensory #1 (compare the pair)
Day 2
Morning: Distilling theory (batch and reflux). Wort production
Afternoon: Wort Production Practical. Sensory #2
Day 3
Morning: Yeast and fermentation. Rum. Yeast supply
Afternoon: Still design. Distilling practical. Sensory #3
Day 4
Morning: Visit to distillery. Cooperage, maturation and wood policy.
Afternoon: Bourbon and Sensory #4.
Day 5
Morning: Visit to company. Grape-based spirits
