Food Experience Day: Discover Dairy with Müller

Join Harper Adams University and Müller UK & Ireland for an exciting day of hands-on learning, exploring the skills, knowledge, and career opportunities within the food product development industry. 

Open to anyone aged 15+, this interactive event offers a unique chance to experience food innovation first-hand and discover the wide-ranging and rewarding careers available in food production. 

With a focus on dairy, you’ll take part in a series of engaging activities, including sensory evaluation, creating your own flavoured butters, and competing in a quality assurance challenge - decorating gingerbread men to meet precise industry specifications. You’ll also tackle a real-world Müller product challenge and visit the Harper Adams Farm to learn more about the key ingredient at the heart of it all: milk. 

Throughout the day, Harper Adams students, expert lecturers, and Müller professionals will be on hand to provide insights into career pathways in this fast-growing sector - one that urgently needs fresh talent and offers exciting opportunities both in the UK and around the world.
