Nigel Hill is a Senior Lecturer in People and Farm Management, and Associate Head of Department, Farm and Business Management.
Prior to moving into Higher Education, he gained an extensive knowledge of training and development in the agricultural sector as Training Consultant for the Agricultural Training Board, which became ATB-Landbase (now Lantra), based in Derbyshire.
Nigel has taught Human Resource Management, Personal Development and Farm Business Management across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Since joining Harper Adams Nigel has held a variety of roles, including Industrial Placement Manager, and Course Manager for the Negotiated Studies course.
