Looking after the library systems including the Ex Libris suite, and associated applications such the self check units, RFID and the discovery tool (HOLLY). 

I also look after the authentication systems used to allow off campus users access to e-resources (OpenAthens and EZProxy).

I am responsible for all subscription services including journals and databases. Responsible for ensuring our budget is spent with care and ensuring we offer value for money. I run various trials of services and implement if successful.

I look after a team of Library Assistants who carry out the day to day services the library offers such as LiveChat and Document Supply.
