Mrs Kai Ma

Kai is a highly motivated and competent MBA with strong vision to achieve successful outcomes through extensive business and management experience in a global context. Before joining HE, Kai has worked for both the Corporate and SMEs in the UK and abroad, in Marketing, Business Operation and Consultancy. Kai is specialist in Learning & Teaching in HE, Transnational Education (TNE) and the Subject Matter Expert in Strategic Marketing, International Business and Supply Chain Management. Kai joined HAU in 2015 when she was the key staff member in the International Office working with the partner universities to support international students and contributing to the development of University International Strategy. Over the past 5 years, Kai has been working with a number of HEIs designing and delivering Business courses and Honours Research Projects in levels of UG, PG and MBA. Kai has also contributed to the new curriculum development (C23) at HAU.
