Working within the Finance Department at Harper Adams University, I provide strategic procurement advice to both academic and professional service departments to ensure that best value purchasing is achieved across the University.  Interpreting requirements and specifications for procurement approaches that comply with Public procurement regulations. I am also able to support budget holder procurement activity to influence the sustainability agenda including business travel. Alongside this I take responsibility for all university insurance matters including claims management, changes of insurance cover, collating renewal information and managing external insurance on-line data.
