Matthew Blaken graduated from Harper Adams with a Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) degree in 1999, joining David James & Partners in 2001, following qualification as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Working throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding counties, he has retained close links to Harper Adams and the REALM course, being a regular employer of students and postgraduates and having assisted in the course validation programme. Becoming Director in 2008, Matthew continues the role within the recently enlarged DJ&P Newland Rennie, a multi-disciplined regional property consultancy with offices throughout the South West and South Wales.
A former Finance Committee Chairman of Gloucestershire YFC, Chairman of Gloucestershire and District Agricultural Valuers and Secretary to the Berkeley Agricultural Society.
