Dr Eric Osei

I have a background in BSc Agricultural Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, MBA, DBA, and a PhD. Also a Certified Microsoft Professional in Database Administration and Business Analytics. Over 16 years working in university settings in Ghana and the UK. Previous roles as Senior Lecturer, Programmes Manager (BABM & MBA), Director of Business Development and Commercialisation, and Dissertations Coordinator for PG/UG programs. Key achievement include acquisition of a World Bank funding and project leader for the development of Research and Development Transfer Centre.  Beyond the university setting, I amoften  engaged in consultancy projects and assisted businesses in developing comprehensive strategies, business plans, and go-to-market strategies.

Focus on teaching at Harper includes Introduction to Small Business, Strategic Management, Business Data Analysis, Financial Decision Making, International Marketing, Taxation

Research Interests

Small firm adaptation, strategic postures, risk management controls, strategic marketing, strategy projects, and business / data analysis. Eric loves to make sense out of data.
