A local business has spent the afternoon team building at Harper Adams with the help of a number of animal related activities.

The event, organised by Bob Hogg, saw colleagues joining on the front lawn at Harper to take part in activities together.

A range of birds of prey including an owl, a vulcher, and hawks were on display and being handled as part of the falconry experience.

There was archery with a number of targets and Mr Hogg has also brought along his famous sheepdogs.

Sue Henderson, events co-ordinator at Harper Adams, said: "The campus here features some wonderful facilities and locations and we aim to make sure we get the most out of them by sharing them with others.

"There is always something going on here and we aim to make our events as enjoyable and professional as possible. Today was a great example of what local companies can do in the way of team building and it looked as though the activities provided by Mr Hogg guaranteed a fun time was had by all."

Mr Hogg is a member of the International Sheepdog Society and travels throughout the country with his team of working sheepdogs. He has appeared at many shows, including this summer’s famous Shrewsbury Flower Show which he hopes to return to next year.
