    Student scoops Acorus Prize

    Second year student, Lewis Smith from Lutterworth, produced the best Planning Law and Practice Module assignment, scooping the £100 Acorus Prize.

    Lewis, 20, who studies BSc (Hons) Rural Enterprise and Land Management, attended a planning committee meeting, where he choose a planning application and evaluated the decision making process.

    The award has been given to students at Harper Adams University College for a number of years by Acorus - chartered surveyors and planning consultants.

    Lewis also won first prize for an assignment sponsored by Carter Jonas. More information can be found here.
