Jonathon Johnston, BSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering student, has received a Langford Scholarship at Harper Adams University.
Jonathon, 21, from Newry, Northern Ireland said: “This scholarship will help to continue with my business venture with the invention, prototyping, and starting an IPR application.
“I want to be able to innovate and leave my mark within the engineering sector, this passion for engineering and agricultural sector.
“My invention will prevent the operator of a boom sprayer coming into contact with dangerous chemicals.”
