“I’ve ambitions to work on a farm in New Zealand in the summer once I’ve graduated from Harper."
Harriet Martin, BSc (Hons) Agri-Business student, has received a John Longwill Scholarship at Harper Adams University.
Harriet, 22, from Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire said: “I’d like to thank the John Longwill Trust for awarding me the scholarship. I’m very grateful to have this opportunity.
“The scholarship will help to fund my studies, enabling me to purchase additional resources to get the most out of the Harper Adams experience.
“Having not grown up in a farming family, the scholarship will make a huge difference to me by supporting me in gaining more experience in the agricultural sector through work experience on farms, both in England and abroad.
