“I’m happy to report that the new kids on the block have well and truly hit the ground running, having secured the car and backing from M-Sport for the 2019/20 season.”
The Harper Adams Motorsport Team have secured a new car and continued backing from M-Sport for the 2019/20 season.
The club have experienced a challenging start to the year after many of the founding members finished their studies and graduated in September 2018 but are doing well so far.
They are also pleased to continue working with Morris Lubricants, who’ve supported the team since its launch in 2014, as well as welcoming new sponsor Yokohama Tyres.
They also have brand new livery, courtesy of Hileard Media.
The team is competing at numerous BTRDA (British Trial and Rally Drivers Association) championships across the country from April to September and will finish the season at the Rally GB World Rally Championships in Wales at the start of October.
In the driver’s seat will be Gareth Clarke who said: “I’m happy to report that the new kids on the block have well and truly hit the ground running, having secured the car and backing from M-Sport for the 2019/20 season.” Assisting Gareth will be navigator Alex Mill.
The team is made up of around 20 students with a further 30 working on other motorsport projects. The team hopes to welcome more first years as the season progresses.
