Watch: Podcast and Video collaboration with Farmers Guardian returns
Posted 12 August 2025
A popular podcast and video series by Farmers Guardian and Harper Adams University’s School of Sustainable Food and Farming has returned for a second series.
On Air at Groundswell is a collaboration between the magazine and the School which was filmed at the annual regenerative agricultural festival earlier this summer – with episodes released every week since.
Like the inaugural series last year, this year’s discussions have explored the future of farming with a host of next generation experts.
Hosted by the magazine’s Online Editor Emily Ashworth, the series once again draws voices from across the industry to discuss key topics, from ecological consultants to dairy farmers and veterinary surgeons to Chief Executives.
Fims and organisations represented include Leprino Foods, Ceres Rural, Map of Ag, Noble Foods and Wildfarmed.
School of Sustainable Food and Farming Business Development Manager Alex Hardie said: "Following the success of last year’s podcast series recorded at Groundswell, we were delighted to again partner with Farmers Guardian to produce five new episodes at Groundswell 2025.
“Focusing on topics including net zero, human nutrition, business resilience and adoption of sustainable practices, we’re thrilled to have welcomed some of agriculture’s most thoughtful individuals to share their insight with us.”
