Northern Ireland Electricity Meets Scholarship Student John

John Harbinson, from Lisburn, met John McCay, NIE’s Farm Energy Manager at Harper Adams in Shropshire. John has been awarded a scholarship from NIE to study a BSc in Agriculture with Mechanisation at Harper Adams University College.

With John was Alan Egner, also from NIE. This was NIE’s first visit to the college, where they award a number of scholarships each year. During their visit, the pair met scholarship students and toured the campus, working farm and teaching facilities.
