Harper Adams University College, Shropshire, has been awarded £10,000 funding from the Barham Benevolent Foundation.
The funding will be used to award two scholarships, each of £5,000, to UK and EU students studying a one-year full time taught postgraduate programme at the college in the coming academic year.
Scholarships will be eligible to students whose area of interest relates to the dairy sector, in areas such as market organisation, strategic management, milk and dairy product marketing, international competitiveness, food safety and quality, and new product development.
Anyone interested in applying for a scholarship must apply to the Postgraduate Administrator for a one-year taught postgraduate course at Harper Adams University College no later than August 23. Applications should include a curriculum vitae and letter of application including a synopsis, of no more than 300 words, of the proposed dairy-related dissertation.
