    Herefordshire Student Awarded Harper Centenary Prize

    Julie Lewis, of Norten Canon, Herefordshire, has been awarded the Harper Adams University College Centenary Prize for the best performance by an HND Agri-food Marketing & Business Studies student.

    This is the third year that the prize, introduced by The Principal in 2002 to celebrate the College’s Centenary, has been awarded.

    Julie received the prize at the university college’s annual graduation ceremony, where she also collected the Harper Adams Higher Diploma with Distinction and the Higher National Diploma in Agri-food Marketing and Business Studies.

    Julie’s dissertation title was ‘The niche market of food allergies and intolerances in the UK’.

    Julie is originally from Herefordshire but is now living in Cambridge, working for the Boaters Coffee Company, Ampthill, in its sales and marketing department.
