STUDENTS PAST and present came together last week at Harper Adams University College for an annual reunion.
The first ever Bsc Hons Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) course reunion was held on May 12th at the Newport-based university college.
During the one-day event current REALM students battled it out on the hockey pitch against previous students before enjoying a barbeque.
Simon Keeble, Manager of the REALM course: “Hopefully we have started an historic event at Harper Adams.
“It was fantastic for past and present students to share their experiences and I would like to thank everyone who helped organise the event.
“I feel that it will start to grow year on year as many graduates and placement students want to use it as an excuse to see some of their year or friends.”
The REALM course was first established at Harper Adams in 1989 and quickly became a leading provider for young people seeking professional status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
David Hill, organiser of the event, said: “It was great to see ex-students and meet current students and I am sure next year will be bigger and better.”
