'One Bin Day' is a national campaign that urges companies to remove all bins except one from the workplace - for the full working day.
Harper Adams will be embracing this initiative on Friday March 20, when collegues who share offices will also share a bin.
The campaign is designed to make people think about what they buy, use and throw away and is aimed at highlighting how much waste a typical office can generate in just one day.
Hopefully when people realise how much waste they generate, they will take action to reduce it.
Seventy per cent of office waste in the UK is recyclable - ss why not do your bit to recycle more and reduce unnecessary rubbish going to landfill?
