Feeling the heat at Harper Adams
Posted 4 September 2009
Harper Adams held a special chilli testing day to help welcome expert Michael Michaud of Peppers By Post.
Avid fans of the University College's produce, and also feeling the heat, were BBC Radio Shropshire's Eric Smith and Adam Green.
After a live demonstration from head chef Wayne Wright, guests were treated to a seminar from Mr Michaud who not only inspected the Harper produce, but explained how to test their heat.
