Conferencing Promotion Day

Harper Adams University College will be revealing its potential as a conference, celebration and concert venue at a special open day on October 29.

Visitors to the Promotion Day will be able to view the fantastic facilities the University College has to offer, from function halls to teaching rooms, and bars to lecture theatres. They will also get to sample Harper’s award-winning farm to fork catering.

A wide range of events can be catered for, alongside traditional student activities at the college. Short training courses, wedding, christenings, art presentations, presentations, seminars and concerts can all be hosted.

Promotion Day co-ordinator Sue Henderson said: “Whatever event you have in mind we shall aim to accommodate you. Our facilities are available seven days a week, and we have a great location with ample parking – as Harper Adams is set in a 600-acre estate within the beautiful Shropshire countryside.”

The University College boasts up to 350 en-suite rooms, extensive leisure facilities and a restaurant to help cater for a 300 plus conference or event.
