Choosing the right company for your placement year and deciding which route to take after finishing University can be a challenging experience, but thanks to a variety of food production and engineering companies, Harper Adams was able to host a bumper careers week.
Events during the week included a placement and graduate careers presentation from Sainsbury's, a talk from Grade One Recruitment Company, a day of free beef baps and careers talks from Ango Beef Processors in their double decker bus and finally a jam packed careers fair.
See the video for an insight into what companies are looking for in graduates and placement students, and what to expect if you decide to work for them.
