Rural surveyors have a chance to both update and celebrate at Harper Adams University College on April 16.
To mark the 20th anniversary of the Rural Enterprise and Land Management course at the University College, all members of the Rural Chartered Surveying Profession are invited to a professional development day and gala dinner.
“The Rural Practitioners Update Conference will aim to inform delegates about recent developments in rural practice, and will feature a range of guest speakers, including Jeremy Moody from the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and Harper’s own Charles Cowap,” said Head of Land Management Mark Simcock.
“After the Continuing Professional Development activities, delegates will be able to enjoy an afternoon of tours around the campus, to witness the level of investment that has been made at Harper Adams. Tours will include the new Dairy Unit and a number of the Sustainable Technologies being used on the campus.
“The conference will conclude with a Gala Dinner on the campus, with overnight accommodation available.
“The University College is extremely proud of its achievements with the REALM course and we look forward to meeting up with as many REALM alumni as possible and their colleagues in April”
