Emergency help
On campus contacts
If you are worried about your safety or the wellbeing of any student report it to a member of the Student Services team immediately:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm: 01952 815396
- Out of hours and weekends: 07969 472913
Security team: out of hours 07980 061128.
If you wish to report a security incident on campus please complete the online incident form.
First aid and accidents
First aid qualified staff are available during working hours - a list of names and the location of first aid equipment such as defibrillators will be displayed in each department.
Out of hours please call Security on 07980 061128.
Emergency services
- 999 For severe immediate emergency dial 999. For all emergencies please make the duty warden aware.
- 101 Police non-emergency number
- 111 NHS non-emergency number
You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.
Call 111 if:
- you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency
- you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
- you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
- you need health information or reassurance about what to do next
For less urgent health needs, contact your GP or local pharmacist in the usual way.
