Mercer Scholarship: Georgina Wager

Harper Adams University BSc (Hons) Agriculture student Georgina Wager has been awarded the Mercer Scholarship.

The 20-year-old, from Stourbridge, West Midlands, said: “This award will help remove the financial pressure of university and allow me to allocate more time towards my study.

“I’m truly thankful for this opportunity and cannot fully express my gratitude in words.

“I’d like to express complete gratitude for Mr R Mercer at Mercer Farming. It’s an honour to be the recipient of such a generous award.”

Georgina Wager has also previously been a Staffordshire and Birmingham Agricultural Society scholar.
