Like many courses at Harper Adams University, our engineering pathways offer students with a dynamic blend of classroom and practical learning, setting them up for success in their future careers.
The hands-on learning experience, along with the opportunity to study close to home, appealed to first year Robotics, Automation and Mechatronic Engineering (BEng) student Morgan Lasky when he applied to Harper Adams.
The course teaching is spread out across our Edgmond campus and our new teaching facility, The Quad, our digital skills an innovation hub in Telford designed to be close to industry.
We caught up with Morgan, who told us more about his Harper journey and experience studying at The Quad so far.
For anyone considering studying at Harper Adams, Morgan has this piece of advice:
"The best thing you can do is just be passionate about the subject, I came in not really knowing a lot, well I didn't really know anything, but because I care about the subject it just makes it ten times earlier.
"Don’t choose the course because you feel like you have to, choose a course that you actually want to study."
