Improving the PDR process

Harper Adams University College are hoping to improve the Personal Development Review (PDR) process by using a series of road sign-themed training cards.
By using the Lifeways Coaching Cards, it is hoped that staff will be able to evaluate their goals more effectively, and pinpoint where they hope to improve.
A training day was held last week to test-drive the cards and help to train relevant members of staff how to use them.
