Alumnus profile: Brown and Green

Harper Adams alumnus, Susie Keenan, has seen her business grow from strength to strength and now employs a recent graduate from the University College to run her new store.

Susie's business, Brown and Green, is based at the Trentham Estate in Stoke-on-Trent and has recently expanded to include a store at Derby Garden Centre, Little Eaton.

She regularly uses the skills she picked up from her agri-food marketing with business studies degree, and works alongside lecturers to provide case study work for current students.

Her passion for food is reflected in her business, providing customers with local, ethical and artisan food and drink.
