Would you eat insects? Those brave enough at this year's Lincolnshire Show ate some unusual snacks to help raise awareness of alternative protein sources.
The Harper Adams University edible bugs challenge is travelling to 10 shows across the country, daring people to eat mealworms, chapulines and locusts.
The aim of the challenge is to teach people about the nutritional value of insects, and their potential role in feeding the world's expanding population.
