Jack Sagar, 22, from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, won the Twose Prize when he graduated from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Countryside and Environmental Management. The Twose prize recognised the best improvement in achievement by a student on the CEM course. Course Manager Simon Irvin said: “Jack undertook his placement period with ECO2 Project Limited, and worked successfully as a farm environmental consultant and carbon assessor.
“Jack achieved 90 per cent from his employer, a mark that represents his commitment to everything he undertakes. Jack’s commitment and dedication to achieving the highest standards possible continued throughout all his studies at the University. Jack graduates with first class honours.”
