Researchers at Harper Adams University College are investigating copper metabolism in dairy cows.
Copper is an essential trace element in the diets of dairy cows, and can be used in various ways.
This project is part of a DairyCo research partnership and will help farmers and nutritionists to formulate diets that use this element correctly, avoiding over-supplementation.
