If you would like a quick update on changes in library resources or have never had a library induction please contact us and we will be happy to arrange an individual session to suit you.
If we do not have access to an article or book which you need we will do our best to obtain it. Read more about our service. You can make your request online by using HOLLY:
Please do let us know of any books which would be useful for us to purchase, either email us or use the online suggestion form.
In order to fulfil student demand we need to know about books you suggest people use in assignments as well as those on resource lists. Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can ensure that the students have what they need.

HARLO can be accessed via your Learning Hub page and can be edited/maintained from there. Should you require any training/assistance on using HARLO please contact the library. Alternatively you can request that the library manages your lists, in this case you will have to notify us throughout the year of any amendments you require.
We have a playlist of short tutorial videos should you need any support in editing your own lists.
Once created, reporting and statistical analysis can be used to show how your lists are being used.
You can request digitisations of book chapters/sections or journal articles via a list within HARLO. This video explains how. Digitisation allows single chapters or 10% of a book to be uploaded to learning hub modules. This gives students easier access to our resources and in more digestible amounts.
Zetoc is a service provided by the British Library which provides you with the latest tables of contents of journals. You need to login with your Harper password details. The service works best if you use Firefox or Chrome.
