Grain marketing and farming inputs company Bartholomews is offering a Harper Adams student the chance to join their team on a one year paid placement, working with respected professionals in their areas of expertise. Having nurtured award-winning agronomists, globally respected grain traders, and industry leading crop research teams, they are also offering a scholarship of £4,500 to the successful student.
The Bartholomews Scholarship journey offers the opportunity to work in each of the key departments at the Chichester head office, plus the chance to work at their operational sites and gain experience working in the field.
Doris Taylor, Head of Development at Harper Adams, said: “This scholarship offers an excellent opportunity for a student to gain working knowledge to complement their studies, together with an option to join Bartholomews’ two-year Arable Graduate Programme. We are delighted that Bartholomews has chosen to invest in students at Harper Adams University."
