Borrowing library books

You are able to borrow library books while on placement. Please be prepared to return a book if it is in high demand. 

Searching for journal articles off campus

To obtain the full text of journal articles or read e-books off campus you will need to login. You can find help with this on our Video guides page. Alternatively if you log into the Virtual Desktop you can access all the resources in the same way you can on campus. You wil find the link to the Virtual Desktop in the bottom row of my.Harper

Joining other academic libraries

While on placement you may join many other academic libraries for free.  More information on the SCONUL Access scheme
